Return Policy and Instructions
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
1. Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Downloadable software products and licenses.
- Special order or custom products. Many of our products are highly specialized and imported or customized to order in a specific configuration for each order.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Service team at Sales@SpecialtyCameraSystems.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Shipping:
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
3. Inspection and Approval:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
1. Approval:
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
2. Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable:
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
1. Defective or Damaged Items:
